歯内療法（根管治療）は、経験則だけでは到達できない領域です。根管内の感染制御、洗浄・清掃性、三次元診断、根尖部病態、医療安全――これらはすべて科学的根拠の積み重ねによって進歩してきました。院長は大学病院にて、臨床の最前線で治療を行いながら、歯内療法の根幹に関わる研究・教育に長年従事し、査読付き論文・学会発表・講演などを通じて知見を発信してきました。本ページでは、研究テーマの全体像と主要業績を整理してご紹介します。

研究分野（生命科学 / 保存治療系歯学）

院長の研究・学術活動は「歯内療法の成功率を上げるために必要な条件」を分解し、再現性のある形で臨床に落とし込むことを目的としています。特に、根管洗浄と感染制御、レーザー応用、CBCTによる形態・病態評価、安全性（根尖孔外圧など）といった領域は、治療結果に直結する中核テーマです。研究成果は単なる学術発表で終わらせず、診断と手順の標準化、機器運用、治療プロトコルとして診療へ反映しています。
